The location was attractive, set on the slopes of pine forest peaks, and the check-in procedure was quick and efficient. The dining experience was really rich and of good quality, even meeting high Turkish breakfast expectations. The facilities were top-notch, offering various services like room service, car hire, and laundry.

The hotel's rooms, despite our specific double-bed request at booking, were clean and comfortable; however, the lack of proper air conditioning made temperatures uncomfortable. Public areas were sweltering, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Service faced challenges with a language barrier, unhelpfulness, and rudeness, notably at the reception desk. The location, though peaceful and accessible, was a bit far from the city center. Dining during breakfast was satisfactory with helpful staff, and facilities were underwhelming.
