The hotel offers interesting rooms at 500 TRY per session. The rooms weren't very soundproof, but they were spacious with a view of the outdoor pool and tennis court. The service was friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable, especially with the pools. The location was attractive, set on the slopes of pine forest peaks, and the check-in procedure was quick and efficient. The dining experience was really rich and of good quality, even meeting high Turkish breakfast expectations. The facilities were top-notch, offering various services like room service, car hire, and laundry.
The hotel's rooms, despite our specific double-bed request at booking, were clean and comfortable; however, the lack of proper air conditioning made temperatures uncomfortable. Public areas were sweltering, and overall cleanliness was lacking. Service faced challenges with a language barrier, unhelpfulness, and rudeness, notably at the reception desk. The location, though peaceful and accessible, was a bit far from the city center. Dining during breakfast was satisfactory with helpful staff, and facilities were underwhelming.
